What is the JOBCOM product warranty?
All JOBCOM radios, when purchased new, have a one (1) year part and service
warranty. Refer to your JOBCOM user manual for specific product warranty
details and terms.
Where do I send my radio for service and repair?
Send your radio(s) with the antenna and charger, along with your proof of
purchase (in warranty status only) to the following address:

Why do I need to submit proof of purchase for radios under warranty?
Depending on the dealer's product inventory some radios are sold later
than other radios. We generally use the manufactured date on the back
of the radio. Therefore, the effective warranty date may not coincide
with the purchase date. For this reason proof of purchase is necessary
to verify the actual purchase date.
What happens to my radio(s) when received at Ritron?
- Our technicians will test the radio(s) to factory specifications.
- The latest technical updates will be programmed into the radio(s) software.
- If a board level component is determined below factory specifications or
defective, it will be replaced with a fully new component.
What is the service and repair turn-around time?
Usually the JOBCOM radio(s) will be repaired and shipped back to you via UPS surface within
48 hours.
Do service and repairs have a warranty?
Yes, all repairs include a 90-day warranty.
What is the cost for service and repair?
- We use a flat rate repair pricing program for like models.
- Service and repair pricing features "with battery replacement" or "without
battery replacement." Should your radio(s) need battery replacement, the cost is
significantly discounted at time of service and repair.
- UPS surface return shipping is included.
What if my radio(s) is non-repairable?
We offer our service and repairs customers the opportunity to purchase
remanufactured radios, whenever available.
How do I pay for service and repair?
Ritron accepts Visa, MasterCard, or company check with credit department
approval. Otherwise, the radio(s) will be returned COD.

All Jobcom radio products are proudly made in the USA. We design and manufacture
all JOBCOM and PATRIOT radios in our state-of-the-art facility in Carmel, Indiana.
