Just like the Quick Assist, the Quick Assist II Radio transmits user-recordable voice messages over existing radio systems. Ideal for Retail Stores, Hotels/Motels, Delivery or Receiving Docks, Manufacturing Applications (Assembly lines or workstations), Amusement Parks, Golf Courses, Parking Structures/Lots, Gates, or any area where wireless communications is needed.
A simple push-of-a-button immediately transmits a voice message directly and discreetly summoning radio-equipped personnel to a specific location or department. These radios improve customer service and eliminate noisy PA paging.
The Quick Assist and Quick Assist II Radios are completely wireless and battery-operated, they can be installed in a variety of locations. Unlike the Quick Assist, the Quick Assist II is only for indoor use. Another difference is that the Quick Assist II has an internal antenna, instead of the external antenna. A number of operating features are user programmable without requiring specialized software, or even a computer. All you need is a standard telephone.
Another feature unique to the Quick Assist II is a red LED light at the top of the front of the box. This light lets the person seeking assistance know that their call has been received by store personnel. Also, the Quick Assist II has an internal antenna, unlike the Quick Assist, which utilizes an external antenna.
