Software will program:
Ritron model: PR-10M VHF MURS Portable Radio

Limitations Include:

1. No “custom” frequencies. Frequency selection is limited to the MURS License-Free Table frequency list. Refer to the PR-10M User Manual for Table frequency list.
2. No access to the radio’s tuning controls.

Before using the FREE programming software, you will also need the following:

• The purchase of optional PR-Series PC Programming Cable #60201138.
• Your PC will need to have Windows 10 or newer version.
• Your PC will need to have a USB port.

The Basic PC Programmer Permits Limited Access to programmable features.

Limitations Include:

1. No “custom” transmit frequencies. Transmit frequency selection is limited to Table frequency list. See Table frequency list.
2. No access to the radio’s fine tuning controls.

Notes:

1. The purchase of PC software # RQT-PCPS is required for Full Access to programmable features i.e. “custom frequencies”. Please call 800-872-1872.
2. By FCC Rule, the RQT/RQA-151M model cannot be programmed to “custom” frequencies, even with the full access programmer.
3. By IC Rule, the RQA-451-CANADA-GMRS model cannot be programmed to “custom” frequencies, even with the full access programmer.

Before using the FREE programming software, you will also need the following:

• A USB to Mini B 5-pin cable. You can purchase this cable from Ritron #60201119 or since this is a commonly used cable, you may want to check to see if you already own a compatible USB to Mini B cable.
• Your PC will need to have Windows XP or newer version.
• Your PC will need to have a USB port.
