Carmel, Indiana - December 4, 2025 — Ritron, Inc., a U.S. designer and manufacturer of industrial-grade wireless communication equipment, announced that its LoudMouth® Wireless PA System (LoudMouth) meets the new camp safety legislation recently enacted in Texas.

The Texas law, passed on September 5, 2025, requires camps to:

1. Maintain an operable radio capable of providing real-time weather alerts from the National Weather Service or a similar professional weather service.
2. Install and maintain an emergency warning system that:
   a. Alerts all campers and camp occupants of an emergency, and
   b. Includes a public address system operable without reliance on an Internet connection.
3. Monitor safety alerts issued by the National Weather Service, local river authorities, or other local emergency notification systems.
4. Certify the operators’ compliance with these requirements.
