The JMX Series is an entry level line of analog, narrowband portable radios. At the push-of-a-button, talk instantly 1 to 1 or 1 to many with multiple work groups, coordinate activities or expedite orders.
Rugged and dependable, JMX Series portable radios will empower any work crew to get more done in less time, than you ever thought possible.
Durable, flush mount push-button controls greatly reduce the chance of damage due to drops and bangs. The molded housing is made with a high-impact poly-carbonate material which offers rounded edges for easy handling, lightweight and superior protection for the internal electronics.
Typical range is 1 mile line-of-sight or if inside a building, approximately 250,000sq ft. in size. JMX radios are compatible with virtually any other analog business band two-way radio operating on the same frequency. They can even be custom programmed to work through radio repeaters.
Each JMX Series radio can be tailored for your specific need. For example: each radio can be programmed to display as few as 1 channel or as many as 10. Features like channel scan, weather scan and weather alert can be turned on or off depending on the need.
